  • 1 Citrus Juicer
  • 1 Glass
  • 1 Sieve To sift matcha powder for a smoother texture
  • 1 Spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tea spoon matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup hot water (not boiling, around 175°F)
  • 1 cup cold sparkling water
  • 1/3 Cup orange juice
  • 1 table spoon honey
  • Few Ice cubes
  • Orange slices and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Matcha Base: Sift matcha powder into a bowl to remove clumps. Add hot water and whisk vigorously using a bamboo whisk (chasen) or a regular whisk until frothy.
  • Mix Citrus Flavor: In a glass, combine the orange juice and honey, stirring until the honey dissolves.
  • Combine and Chill: Add ice cubes to the glass, pour the matcha mixture over the juice, and top it with sparkling water.
  • Garnish and Serve: Add a slice of orange and a sprig of mint for a refreshing finish. Enjoy immediately.
